ProVolunteer — Volunteer Management Application

ProVolunteer is a web application designed for managing volunteers and their tasks. Core functions include receiving help requests, delegating tasks, tracking execution status, monitoring costs in compliance with volunteering legislation, generating work reports, task supervision, and maintaining a centralised volunteer and user database.

Tasks can be managed in 1:1 (one volunteer, one task), 1:n (one volunteer, multiple tasks), or n:n (multiple volunteers, multiple tasks) configurations.

Developed with Oreli Institute

ProVolunteer was developed in partnership with the Oreli Institute, which has been advancing the professionalisation of volunteer groups and self-help organisations since 2010. Their expertise ensures the application is optimised for real-world volunteer coordination needs.

Who Is It For?

ProVolunteer is designed for all organisations, municipalities, institutes, and associations that need comprehensive oversight and coordination of volunteer activities. The application simplifies management support, large-scale task delegation, progress tracking, centralised reporting, and statistical analysis.

How It Works

A person requests volunteer assistance by phone or web form. The request is logged in the system, and a coordinator assigns an appropriate volunteer. The volunteer accepts or declines the task. Upon completion, the volunteer submits a report for supervisor review.
