My Profile (GDPR Portal)

My Profile is Kabi’s cloud-based solution that provides small and medium-sized organisations with a cost-effective way to manage contact databases in compliance with GDPR. The portal consists of multiple modules tailored to your company’s size and needs.

Consent Management

Collect first-time consent from new contacts via written or electronic forms with identity verification. For existing contacts without proper consent, the system supports automated re-consent campaigns via email or postal mail. All consent records are securely stored with timestamps, IP addresses, and scanned documents.

Self-Service Profile Management

Contacts can independently access their profile to view and edit personal data, manage consent settings, choose communication topics, review purchase history, view received newsletters, and communicate with your Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Documentation Module

Centralise all data protection documentation: internal policies, regulations, statements, and contracts. Generate standardised agreements between your company and employees or data processing partners. All documents accessible to authorised staff from one location.

GDPR Customer Support (CRM Module)

Systematically manage all data subject requests (erasure, anonymisation, access requests) through the CRM module with automated follow-ups, status tracking, and reporting.

DPIA — Data Protection Impact Assessment

Our built-in DPIA tool helps you identify, analyse, and mitigate risks related to personal data processing. DPIAs are mandatory under Article 35 of the GDPR for high-risk processing activities. The tool provides a structured framework for ex-ante risk analysis and compliance optimisation.
