Katarina Senić: Online prodavnica čini vaše proizvode dostupne svima

Prijateljica sa dvoje male dece me je inspirisala da danas pišem o online prodavnicama.

Rekla mi je da je njeno vreme za kupovinu uveče kada uspava decu, negde posle 22h, i da može da pazari samo u online okruženju. Instagram prodaja joj je prilično nepouzdana ukoliko iza Instagram profila ne stoji neki web sajt sa online prodajom. Tako da joj je izbor sužen na par trgovinskih lanaca koji imaju online prodaju, te se neretko opredeli i za kupovinu preko Instagrama ali uz plaćanje pouzećem.

Dragi trgovci, da li znate koliko tržište vas čeka u online okruženju?

Da znam, nema ništa zabavnije od obilaženja prodavnica i „borbe“ sa vrećicama. Pa onda napravimo pauzu u obližnjem kafeu. Milina!

Međutim, kada živite van Beograda ili nekog većeg grada „oplemenjenog“ tržnim centrom, šoping ne izgleda baš tako. Treba sesti u auto ili autobus, voziti se do najbližeg grada sa tržnim centrom i izdvojiti čitav dan za jednu takvu avanturu. Ovo je ozbiljan luksuz za moju prijateljicu sa dvoje dece. Reče mi nedavno - kada vidim da baš to što želim da kupim ima online prodaju, sunce me ogreje.

Prednost online prodaje nije samo u raspoloživom tržištu, već i u činjenici da vam je za otvaranje jednog dućana potrebna ogromna količina para čime ćete pokriti samo jedno mesto sa okolinom. Solidna online prodavnica koja će vam pokriti čitavu zemlju, a i šire (Pošta Srbije je na ovom polju unapredila svoje usluge kada je u pitanju ovakva trgovina sa ExYU zemljama), košta od 700 evra ukoliko želite plaćanje pouzećem ili oko 1.500 evra ako želite plaćanje karticama. Napravite cost-benefit analizu pa sami procenite.

Ukoliko vaš super-proizvod ima online prodaju nećete usrećiti samo ovu moju prijateljicu sa dvoje male dece, već i devojke koje žive u unutrašnjosti Srbije daleko od Beograda, Niša ili Kragujevca, nas koji ne stižemo da odemo da kupimo npr poklon za rođendan drugarici, ali i momke i muževe koji preziru šoping, a opet moraju da kupe nešto svojoj dragoj za godišnjicu veze ili braka.

Čini mi se da sam kroz ovaj tekst samo otvorila priču o online prodavnicama, ima tu još puno toga da se kaže.

Zapamtite, Internet je jedno veliko tržište na kome može svašta da se proda. Kada svoju online prodavnicu povežete sa društvenim mrežama i digitalnim marketingom, vaš uspeh je zagarantovan.

Verujte mi na reč, online prodavnice i digitalni marketing uopšte nisu skupi, a donose ozbiljnu zaradu.
